We perform all of our work either locally on our systems directly or over a Virtual Private Network using encryption technology, if performed from remote locations. All access to data is controlled via passwords and all access is logged.

 

Data Backup Procedures

The Inspection Company has adheres to routine data backup procedures. Our expert security and web management personnel use extreme caution with our backup tapes and CDs. The media is kept in a locked facility at all times except when it is in transit from one location to another.

 

Personal Information Updates and Changes

If your personal information changes we will try to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data you have provided to us. This can usually be by emailing us at info@inspectionco.com,
